Decorated Diya

This is the diya which I decorated during navaratri festival .

I first coloured the inside with yellow and blue and the outside with pink and blue

Then decorated it with pearls , kundan stones and golden jari and colour.

The outside was also decorated with pearls.

Finally I kept it on a decorative yellow glass and then on the peacock blue tray .

Pulses Rangoli

Rangoli is usually made with coloured powders . But I like to use something other than the usual.

This is a rangoli made with pulses and coloured rice .

Kundan Rangoli

Again a rangoli made without the usual coloured powders.

Here I used red and green kundan stones and stuck them on the cut plastice sheets to make 8 pieces .

This rangoli is rearrangeable washable and reusable .

Cut the plastic sheet in desired shape.
Decorate it with kundan stones, pearls, golden wire etc.
You can use any decorative materail of your choice.
